会员有效期是多久？How long is the membership valid?
会员自购买之日起一年内有效，到期可续费续享所有权益。Each membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be renewed.
你们的健康顾问是医生吗？Are your advisors physicians?
我们的健康顾问提供健康咨询与就医指导，但不替代当地医生的诊断与治疗，紧急情况请拨打 911。Our advisors provide guidance and referrals but do not replace local physicians. For emergencies, call 911.
家人如何共享会员？How does family sharing work?
基础会员最多可添加 3 位家庭成员，黄金会员最多 4 位，所有成员共享咨询与专家约见权益。个人会员仅限本人使用，不含家庭共享。Basic covers up to 3 members and Gold up to 4, all sharing the consultation benefits. Personal is for one person only.
可以升级到更高级别的会员吗？Can I upgrade later?
可以。随时联系您的健康顾问，补足差价后即可从个人会员升级至基础会员，或从基础会员升级至黄金会员。Yes — contact your advisor anytime to move from Personal to Basic, or from Basic to Gold, by paying the difference.
